National Minimum Stipend increased

The Archbishops’ Council has approved a 7% increase in the National Minimum Stipend (NMS), set to come into effect in April 2024.

What did we achieve in 2023?

We awarded grants to over 2,700 clergy households last year. This includes 1 in 5 of all serving Church of England and Church in Wales clergy.
